Build Your Future with tanulnunwabieva

We're looking for passionate professionals who believe that everyone deserves financial clarity. Join a team where your expertise helps real people take control of their budgets and build better financial habits.

Growing Team, Real Impact

Right now, we're expanding our core team with people who understand that budgeting shouldn't be complicated. We work with families, young professionals, and small business owners who want straightforward financial guidance.

Financial Planning Specialist

Help clients create realistic budgets that actually work for their lives. You'll conduct one-on-one sessions, develop practical savings strategies, and guide people through financial decisions.

Client Success Coordinator

Support our clients through their financial journey. You'll follow up on progress, answer questions, and help troubleshoot when budgets need adjusting.

Most of our new positions will open in summer 2025, with training programs starting in autumn. We prefer to hire people who've helped others with financial planning before — whether that's professional experience or helping family and friends.

Finnegan Cross

Senior Financial Advisor

What It's Like Here

Finnegan joined us two years ago after working at a large bank. "The difference here is huge," he says. "At tanulnunwabieva, I actually have time to understand what clients need. No pressure to sell products they don't want."

We keep things simple on purpose. Our office in Bristol feels more like a consultation space than a corporate environment. Most days, you'll work directly with clients, help develop educational content, or collaborate with teammates on better ways to explain financial concepts.

  • Clear communication over financial jargon
  • Practical solutions that fit real budgets
  • Long-term client relationships, not quick sales
  • Professional development that actually helps your career
  • Flexible schedules that respect work-life balance
